Are the flush cups anti-rotation and do they have an allen key hole in the bottom for installation?
They are full 360 degree rotation and yes they installed using an Allen wrench

What's the actual thread for the insert?
It is just a wood screw style thread as seen here, https://grovtec.com/products/heavy-duty-push-button-bases

What hole size do I need to drill for these?
We use a 9/16" end mill.
